Hi there! If you are here then you mjust be thinking about buying or selling a home and that is exciting! Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming and this is exactly why I chose a path in Real Estate. When I bought my first home I was stressed, confused, ovrwhelmed, you name it and I felt it. I believed that the slight change in sales price would greatly change my monthly mortgage so I walked away from multiple offers feeling like I couldn't budge otherwise I wouldn't be able to afford my home! That could not be further from the truth. The process was not explained to me properly, I didn't realize that there were different loans that I could look at, I didn't know what closing costs were. Therefore after buyng and selling a few properties I was intrigue with all the nitty gritty details and therefore I studied for my license.
Fast forward to today and I still enjoy working with the first time home buyer and educating them along the way, I like working alongside those who have bought and sold multiple properties and knowing that they can trust me to take them from listing to the closing table as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, not matter how manys you have a bought or sold a home I would love to come alongside and partner together.
I currently reside in Atascocita, TX with my husband, 2 boys and our 3 dogs. I primarily focus my time in the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita areas however I am knowledgeable of the entire Houstom Metroplex and can assist you with and residential real estate needs.
